RETURNS
To arrange a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
Please allow at least two working days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds can take up to three working days to show on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
CANCELLATIONS
To request a cancellation, please contact me before the item is dispatched.
SHIPPING
I aim to dispatch orders within three working days.
I offer FREE UK Shipping for every order with Royal Mail 48 service. They aim to deliver within 2–3 working days. However, in some circumstances, it may take longer. Postage delivery times are beyond my control after dispatch.
Items are dispatched using eco-friendly, recycled or re-used packaging.
Please get in touch for International postage costs and options if you are outside of the UK.
